You will be responsible for providing part identification, minor technical support, price quotations, product selection assistance, and order processing assistance to key stakeholders and internal/external customers. - 1 to 3 years of product driven customer support experience
- Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Demonstrates the technical aptitude required to learn and provide semi-technical support to customers to drive sales and improve customer experience

**Preferred**
- Familiar with SAP, MAPICS (ERP), Auto Desk, Microsoft Access, PowerBi and Sales Force
- Part ID, technical support and call center experience
- College degree in a related discipline, or relevant technical experience (3-5 years of experience) preferred. Industrial Refrigeration system and sub-system knowledge
