**Primary Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team on appropriate and useful data to track and report
- Provide actionable reports and analytics that give insight into the business, operations, sales, and marketing
- Enable data driven business decisions and support strategic planningReview data sets for accuracy and rationality
- Perform research projects and provide analysis on wide ranging topics, including finance, marketing, sales, renewals, IT, and general business decisions
- Optimize the internal use of data by creating reports on unique criteria

**Qualifications: Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in the Business field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Expert knowledge of Excel, or equivalent program
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, or equivalent programs
- Good understanding of software concepts

**Qualifications: Desired**
- Analyst or business intelligence experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping concepts
- Interest in or exposure to aviation either through education, work environment, or hobbies
- Excellent research skills
- Able to manage concurrent projects under tight deadlines
