II Corps is looking for a dynamic IT Specialist III to support the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) Military to Civilian Transition Office (MCTO).

**Background**: The Military-Civilian Transition Office (MCTO) requires programmatic research, analysis, assessments, product development, document drafting, recommendations, coordination, synchronization, and analytic support services for Service members preparing for their next step in life - whether pursuing an additional vocational trade or higher education, finding employment in the public or private sector, or starting their own business; or Reserve Component (RC) members and their families adjusting to pre
- and post-activation, mobilization or deployment. MCTO designs cohesive, modular, outcome-based training, events and courses that bolsters and standardizes the opportunities, services, and training to promote effective and efficient support of transitioning Service members and members of the National Guard and Reserve, their families, and communities worldwide.

**Job Requirements (minimum)**:This position requires minimum bachelor’s degree in education or related field with a minimum of 10 years’ experience. IT Certifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Expert user of the MS Office Suite (mainly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

**Highly Desired Skills**:Previous experience working within the Military To Civilian Transition Office (MCTO).
