**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Executive Assistants with a variety of office administrative duties
- Update CEO’s calendar for business appointments, meetings, conference calls, and seminars
- Arrange details of CEO’s travel accommodations in itineraries, airfare, and hotel lodging
- Communicate with airlines and hotels on bookings, changes, cancellations, and award points
- Compose correspondence, letters and documents responding to CEO’s business associates
- Coordinate with the marketing team in assisting company event preparation and arrangement
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality in working environment

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English is required
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
- 2+ years office assistant experience
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Computer-literate: proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- No OPT. No H-1B sponsorship accepted. Legally authorized to work in USA for long term
- Outstanding organizational skills
