About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chinese-Speaking Loan Processor to join our Mortgage department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the pre-qualification of loan files before they are submitted for processing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough reviews of potential borrowers' applications to ensure compliance with established regulations and legal requirements.
  2. Obtain and organize required documentation, including pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, and assets.
  3. Stay up-to-date with lender guidelines and assess the credit standings of applicants through background research.
  4. Finalize loan contracts and maintain open communication with clients regarding rules and obligations.
  5. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage lending.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle administrative paperwork.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
