Position Objective
We are looking for a Chinese-speaking Loan Processor within our Mortgage division. The primary responsibility is to ensure the thorough pre-qualification of loan applications prior to processing. The aim is to facilitate qualified applicants in securing loans efficiently while upholding the integrity of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct an initial assessment of potential borrowers by meticulously reviewing their applications.
- Collect and organize necessary documentation (e.g., pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, assets).
- Adhere to established regulations and maintain legal compliance at all times.
- Comprehend and investigate lender guidelines.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of applicants through comprehensive background checks.
- Finalize loan agreements and keep clients informed about their rights and obligations.
- Stay updated on lending practices and other financial services.
- Participate in regular meetings and take on responsibilities that contribute to team development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
- Strong organizational capabilities in managing administrative documentation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
