Position Objective

We are looking for a Chinese-speaking Loan Processor within our Mortgage division. The primary responsibility is to ensure the thorough pre-qualification of loan applications prior to processing. The aim is to facilitate qualified applicants in securing loans efficiently while upholding the integrity of our organization.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct an initial assessment of potential borrowers by meticulously reviewing their applications.
  2. Collect and organize necessary documentation (e.g., pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, assets).
  3. Adhere to established regulations and maintain legal compliance at all times.
  4. Comprehend and investigate lender guidelines.
  5. Evaluate the creditworthiness of applicants through comprehensive background checks.
  6. Finalize loan agreements and keep clients informed about their rights and obligations.
  7. Stay updated on lending practices and other financial services.
  8. Participate in regular meetings and take on responsibilities that contribute to team development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
  • Strong organizational capabilities in managing administrative documentation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
