Mortgage Loan Processor

We are seeking a highly skilled Chinese-Speaking Loan Processor to join our Mortgage department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the pre-qualification of loan files before they are submitted for processing.
Your goal will be to help qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner and protect our organization's credibility.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial reviews of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications.
- Obtain and organize required documentation, such as pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, and assets.
- Work within established regulations and legal compliance at all times.
- Understand and research lender guidelines.
- Assess the credit standings of applicants through background research.
- Finalize loan contracts and keep clients informed of their rules and obligations.
- Stay up-to-date on lending and other financial services.
- Attend regular meetings and assume responsibilities to help the team grow.
- 2+ years of work experience in mortgage.
- Strong organizational skills in handling administrative paperwork.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- A competitive salary of $4,500 ~ $5,000 per month, depending on experience, with potential raises after probation.
