Working as part of the Operations and Systems team, the P&C Project Manager projects and processes is primarily responsible for managing the planning and driving the implementation of the People and Culture (P&C) portfolio as part of the People Strategy. The incumbent will also ensure that P&C workplans, projects, and programs encompass a robust change management process with clearly defined KPIs.

Your role as Project Manager will involve:
Portfolio Management
- The role is responsible for developing the HR budget for approval and ensuring continuous monitoring and optimization based on the function’s needs.
- Monitor and report on P&C programs, projects, and critical business as usual tasks monthly to ensure P&C performance parameters (KPIs) are met, highlighting potential risks and challenges.

Project, Process, and Change
- Work with specialists in the team to scope the project and build project charters detailing the requirements and resourcing needs.
- Ensure P&C projects follow a standardized project management methodology and establish a robust change management framework for the implementation of projects. Gauge the impact of projects on P&C processes and ensure that they are updated, as required.

Reporting and Analytics
- Articulate performance measures for the function whilst ensuring appropriate data is collected for regular reporting to the management leveraging Workday tools (HRIS and Adaptive) to the largest possible extent.
- Work across the P&C function to collect, analyze and develop insights for half-year and yearly HR reporting to the organization and provide, support to the organization with regards to reports and analytics based on their specific needs in association with the Advisory partners.

What we are looking for:

- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving multiple workstreams and involving significant change management.
- Should have experience in working in a project management office managing the function’s portfolio along with projects and resourcing needs of the function.
- Experience in developing a change management approach for the organization.
- Prior experience working for a management consulting firm or in a similar capacity in an organization (Outside of HR).
- Excellent analytical skills with good attention to detail (Expert level skills in excel)
- Experience in process management, mapping, and optimization.

Desirable (but not required):

- Experience working in a project management office.
- Workday reporting experience is desirable.
