Key Responsibilities: Take charge of various critical technical projects, handling every aspect from the start to their successful conclusion. Use a solid technical base and established project management capabilities to enhance interactions between technical personnel and business stakeholders, guaranteeing that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Create and manage comprehensive project plans, orchestrating activities across multiple projects while ensuring they meet established deadlines and maintain quality standards. Maintain detailed records of all project-related activities and ensure consistently high standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Actively detect potential risks and formulate effective countermeasures, carrying out thorough risk assessments and implementing strong risk management practices. Boost cooperation between departments to meet project objectives effectively. Evaluate and critique the outputs of development teams, including their coding practices, methodologies, and documentation. Develop comprehensive project proposals and documents such as project charters and risk analyses, ensuring alignment between projected and actual outcomes. Establish process workflows that incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and quality assurance teams. Conduct detailed evaluations of project scopes, deriving important insights and learning points from each project. Communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders, setting expectations with frequent updates and detailed presentations. Manage team dynamics effectively, aiding in the recruitment and integration of software engineers and overseeing necessary team adjustments. Guide and lead diverse groups in a unified and inclusive setting, providing mentorship to boost overall team performance. Manage the financial elements of projects, including budget and resource allocation, to ensure resources are used efficiently and materials are procured on time. Promote process improvements in project management by spotting and applying industry best practices and opportunities for continuous enhancement.

Qualifications: Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field of study. At least five years of experience in leading significant technical initiatives, ideally within the realms of software development, engineering, or information technology. Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing the entire project lifecycle for intricate projects. Skilled in using Jira and BitBucket, with a strong grasp of various project management software. Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, adept at inspiring a variety of team members. Robust communication and presentation abilities, effective at demystifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Consistent track record of completing projects within the stipulated timelines and budgets. Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving, dedicated to ongoing personal and professional growth. Deep familiarity with technical settings and a comprehensive understanding of principles in software development and engineering. Proficient in advanced functionalities of Microsoft Office suite.

Technical Requirements: More than seven years of expertise in Microsoft SQL, C#, and CRM system management. Proficiency in coding with C# is required, with an expectation for hands-on involvement. A minimum of five years of experience in project management. Possession of a PMP certification is highly desirable.
