Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to introduce them to company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Collaborate with management to develop and update company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files, including personnel information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and policy administration.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience with ADP and Workday is a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
- The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
