Job Description/Responsibilities:

You will serve as a consultant to senior management on People strategy and solutions; translating business requirements into People services, programs and initiatives. This role will demonstrate the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to manage and drive projects across the entity; responsibilities include:
  • Business Advisor: Builds relationships with global leaders to understand business priorities in order to align People strategies to business objectives and key results (OKR's) for the groups that are allocated to them. Partner closely across subject matter experts, cross-functional teams and people services & solutions team to deliver advice and counsel to leaders, makes recommendations, and is a trusted advisor to senior managers on full range of People business issues.
  • Contributes to the creation of programs that drive higher levels of employee performance and engagement. Builds strong relationships and provides trusted advice to global senior managers on the full range of People programs.
  • Organizational Development & Design: Helps identify, facilitates, and supports the implementation of change management and organizational design and development initiatives. Partners with the People BP Team, Leadership & Centers of Expertise to execute on solutions to business challenges.
  • Talent Management: In partnership with the Centers of Expertise and the People BP team, partners with senior management to implement a framework for assessing and developing organizational talent. Supports talent assessment processes including succession planning, executive assessments, mobility strategies, high potential identification and development, and building management bench strength.
  • Staffing and Selection: Works with Talent Acquisition team on workforce planning.
  • Rewards and Recognition: Supports Team, in partnership with Business Partner team on the facilitation senior management, compensation and business planning in the annual salary plan and incentive compensation processes.
  • Project Management: Supports global projects and partners with various People functions to resource project teams as directed. Participates in cross-functional and technical projects as appropriate.
  • Risk Management: Proactively mitigates risk by working with Business management, Legal, Compliance and Employee Relations (ER) to ensure employment law-related risks are managed appropriately. Maintains a positive, productive and cohesive work environment by dealing with workplace conduct, conflict resolution, counselling, and employee engagement.
Qualifications/Skills :
  • Good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Implement training and development plans
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to incorporate metrics and analysis into delivery.
  • Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with all levels of management and ability to build trusted relationships with senior managers in order to influence.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage high volumes of work, and navigate through change.
  • Strong team player, operates with humility, kindness, curiosity, collaboration, open mindedness.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Success Factors preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Team management skills
  • Advanced degree preferred in Human Resources or relevant field
