As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department and the organization as a whole. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Make sure all onboarding legal documents and company's policies signed through BambooHR system

Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Help resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Compliance:

- Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist with audits and investigations as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Bilingual: Russian and English (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
