- Creation of part numbers, BOM elements and accuracy, SAP reports and tracking documentation provided to the team for packaging execution.
- Sets timelines/milestones, routes updates, tracks progress and holds cross functional team members accountable for project deliverables with a specific focus on packaging development
- Compiles and creates essential tools by extracting data from multiple sources
- Support team members with external vendors and other relevant sourcing activities in scope for initiative deliverables.
- Lead on report out tracking with cross functional departments and teams
- Provide project updates and adjustments to project stakeholders on timely and consistent basis.

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience
- Skilled in project management, SAP item and BOM creation, part number development and graphics management
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced dynamic fluid environment
- Superb time management, multitasking and active listening skills
- Strong sense of ownership with ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, set budget and timeline.
- Team player able to deliver product packaging tools needed to deliver projects
- Ability to cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in working with large data sources and pulling information.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and resource projects, able to work on multiple projects at a time and drive to completion.
- Keen ability to own and drive the migrating and maintaining of data to company online databases
- Strong history of defining, creating, and executing multiple complex projects from concept to completion
