**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide support to our sales Media Sales Consultants as part of the digital sales process.
- Research and finding leads to building a strong digital sale pipeline.
- Accurately forecast sales, to meet and exceed monthly digital sales budgets.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
- Measure ROI and KPIs to assure client schedules are fulfilled.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Mentor team of Media Account Consultants to gain stronger understanding of digital sales platforms.
- Expected to support assigned teams to collectively meet monthly digital sales objectives.
- Responsible for processing of client digital schedules.

**Education and/or Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience as a Digital Media Sales Executive.
- 1-3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Familiarity with web design a plus but not necessary.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skilled multi-tasker.

**Salary**

$36,000 - $48,000 per year DOE
