The Central Supply Associate is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting cleanrooms, decontaminating instruments, performing autoclave functions, and preparing instrument carts required for the production human bone and tissue allografts in accordance with company SOPs, AATB standards, and federal and state government rules and regulations.

P**ay**:Level 1: $21.00, Level 2: $23.50, Level 3: $27.00, Level 4: $34.00 - Nights and weekend shifts offer an 11% shift differential.

**Shifts: Days**: Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, **Nights**:Monday - Thursday - 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM **Weekend Days**:Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

**What You Will Do**

**Level 1 Central Supply
- Consistently demonstrates proficiency to company standards**
- Support / maintain 5S practices and standards.
- Teamwork, collaboration, and respectful interactions.
- Comply with all applicable OSHA, FDA, cGMP, cGTP, AATB, HIPPA, AORN, Universal Precautions, and PTT Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Restock Central Supply rooms as required.
- Disassemble, decontaminate, reassemble, kit, and wrap all equipment, instruments, and supplies in preparation for sterilizing compliant with PTT QMS and at expected output rates.
- Load autoclaves and activate the sterilization cycle compliant with PTT QMS and at expected output rates.
- Contain and disposition all non-conformances per PTT QMS procedures.
- Escalate findings as appropriate.
- Stay current on all company required training.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Level 2 Central Supply - Consistently demonstrates proficiency to company standards in additional tasks.**
- Decontaminate and disinfect clean room spaces compliant with PTT QMS and at expected output rates.
- Assist others in creating sterile fields and in aseptic gowning, assuring compliance to PTT QMS standards.
- Ensure all staff and contractors comply with applicable OSHA, ISO 13485, FDA cGMP, cGTP, HIPPA, AATB, and PTT Quality Management System (QMS) standards.

**Level 3 Central Supply - Consistently demonstrates proficiency to company standards in additional tasks**
- Active in COO approved ASQ, AATB, Lean Manufacturing, or academic, curriculum.
- Assure sufficient availability of sterile supplies in all cleanrooms.
- Escalate inadequate inventory levels to area manager or delegate.
- Master and deploy Lean principles across all Central Sterile operations.
- Effectively train and coach all Level 1 and Level 2 CS associates.

**Level 4 Central Supply Shift Lead - Consistently demonstrates proficiency to company standards in additional tasks**
- Achievement of approved curriculum completion to certification, degree, or equivalent.
- Effectively train and coach all Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 CS associates.
- Recommend CS associates for promotion and/or disciplinary action to area manager.
- Compile and maintain CS Key Performance Indicators.
- Conduct daily Gemba walks focused on PTT QMS compliance across all CS operations.

**What Qualifications You Will Bring**
- High School graduate or GED
- Current certification in Central Sterile Processing preferred.

***Who You Will Partner With**
- Daily verbal and written communication with Supervisor and other members of the Production team to ensure instruments are sterilized and carts are set up, according to SOP’s, and available for use.

***Where You Will Work**
- Full Time position (40 hours or more) based in Arizona. Hours may include evenings and weekends to perform tasks outlined in the job description.
- Duties are such that there will be contact with human tissue and bone which may be considered infectious; use of PPE is required in all work areas.
- Work requires standing for extended periods of time.
- Exposure to: Band saw, surgical instrumentation, autoclave, lyophilizer, moisture analyzer, heat sealer, sonicator, microscope, centrifuge, controlled rate freezer, cryo mill, calipers, etc.
- Work requires repetitive motion; substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
