THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Executive to join our clients compassionate & growing sales team. Our client specializes in providing life essentials, such as clothing, hygiene supplies, etc. to charitable and philanthropic institutions that are focused on serving disadvantaged communities. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of the outbound telesales team, responsible for promoting products into Nonprofit, Education, Healthcare, Retail, and other entities with charitable programs. Your efforts will directly contribute to supporting activities that ultimately make a significant impact on the lives of those in need.


THE JOB:

Empathy, compassion, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, including large corporations, churches, hospitals, foundations, and other entities with charitable programs, to introduce our wholesale company and its offerings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our products and services to meet their requirements.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of our company's mission and values, conveying them to potential clients to foster trust and engagement.

Identify new opportunities and potential partnerships within the charitable sector, while continuously expanding your knowledge of relevant organizations and programs.


THE QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in inside sales or telesales roles is highly desirable but not required.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients over the phone.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with CRM systems.
