**Duties**:

- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements to meet their needs
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process sales transactions using a cash register or an e-commerce platform
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive floral sales
- Utilize retail math skills to price products effectively

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in sales techniques to promote floral products
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance to ensure the longevity of floral arrangements
- Experience in retail sales with a focus on customer service
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online floral sales
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Creative flair and the ability to sell ideas through floral designs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
