We are looking for a **PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE in our** **Oceanside, CA** plant. As a production associate with Contech you will contribute to America’s essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges and structures, and stormwater management. You will work in a team environment with an opportunity to advance quickly in your career with Contech.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate and assemble storm water filter products in the warehouse.
- Comply with all safety regulations, maintain clean and orderly work areas and adhere to company OSHA safety guidelines at all times.
- Any other duties as directed by the Plant Manager or Plant Lead.

**About You**

- Proactive problem-solving techniques.
- Good organizational and math skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous construction or manufacturing work experience (preferred).
