Office Assistant

**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Perform data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Research and resolve inquires from customers, vendors, or team members.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate projects and follow up on tasks
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform other related duties as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Experience with calendar management and project coordination is a plus
- Knowledge of front desk procedures or medical receptionist duties is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office setting where you can enhance your administrative skills and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
