More than 25 years ago, we started with a simple mission, and now our solutions help doctors acquire, retain, and enhance their interventional therapy skills helping them improve patient outcomes worldwide. We have regional offices in the US, Europe, India, China, and Japan while our headquarters office is in Gothenburg, Sweden.

**About the role**:
As a Sales Manager, Medical Device Industry (MDI), you will actively identify, develop and maintain business in the territory. The fundamental knowledge of interventional therapies is not required, but rather an innate ability to understand technology, progress opportunities through the sales cycle, and effectively address client objections during the sales process. This is a sole contributor role working closely with Mentice colleagues including support, product management, finance and marketing to drive successful engagements. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP, Head of Sales, North America.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $65,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $80,000/year in our highest geographic market and is eligible for commission in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.

**Are you the one?**

Ideally, you are an energetic, independent self-starter with a can-do mindset and a person who takes pride in getting things done. You have a bachelor’s degree or higher within a related field, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in solution sales. The ability to creatively sell solutions will be essential to your success. In addition, you can develop value propositions, uncover opportunities, and drive the customer decision making process. Additional experience from healthcare or medical device industry sales and working with medical professionals and C-level executives would be a plus. For this position, you will need to be fluent in English, skilled in your communication (both written and verbal) and possess experience in high-level negotiations.
