We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Manager to join our team. As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

**Entry-Level Account Manager Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential customers in the market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new market opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing precise solutions that meet or exceed individual expectations.
- Manage client transactional needs, encompassing renewal, new sales, marketing, and services in alignment with brand standards and company procedures.
- Develop innovative sales tactics to boost profit margins and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Coach and mentor entry-level team members on technical, procedural, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Establish an efficient schedule and manage workflow for optimal efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Stay abreast of industry information, new product announcements, sales, and technology advancements to continually enhance knowledge and performance.
- Interact effectively with clients, utilizing exceptional active listening skills, purposeful cooperation, and providing information and guidance as needed to achieve sales goals.
- Explore new and innovative ways to enhance the client experience, drive sales revenue, and communicate ideas to fellow entry-level Account Managers and upper management for implementation.

At our company, we offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission. We also provide comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities to help you succeed in your role as an Entry Level Sales Manager.

Pay: $43,999.28 - $52,988.38 per year

Shift:
