**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
**Analysis**
Leverage feedback & data to create learning modules and evaluate effectiveness. Collaborate with members of this team and stakeholders to ensure material meets desired outcomes.
**Design**
Design learning solutions based on analyses that include curriculum content and documentation and factor in adult learning theories.
**Development**
Develop & maintain course materials including instructor manuals, training guides, quick start guides, tip sheets, and eLearnings. Engage in continuous improvement of all materials.
**HIPAA / Privacy Practices**
Adhere to HIPAA compliance rules.
**Technical Build / Support**
**User Support**
Provide weekly remote and in-person support to users receiving training at DH locations. Participate in off-hour on-call support rotation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience or the equivalent in education and experience required.
- Knowledge of adult learning principals and training methodology required.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills required.
