**Purpose and Key Results of the Position**:
The Site Manager is responsible for managing all on-site operations for the Company, including the daily operations, maintenance and performance of all CRS Processing Units located at this customer location. Cooperate with the customer on a daily basis to ensure that customer requirements are met, and any potential concerns are adequately communicated. Work with Operations Manager and Engineering Staff as needed. The Site Manager will recommend, implement, and monitor programs to assure that HSE, Preventive Maintenance, QC, and Production Schedules are met, as well as any other items or concerns are properly addressed at this CRS Operating Unit.

**Essential Functions**:

- Develop and follow all applicable procedures and work instructions so as to comply with CRS quality, safety, and operational systems.
- Assure that existing procedures and work instructions are followed. Develop procedures and provide training on new or modified procedures or work instructions to ensure that they are understood and followed as appropriate.
- Take action to identify and prevent problems related to existing designs, products, processes and quality systems. Recommend, develop and implement solutions through designated channels and follow up to verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions.
- Manage all operations on-site to meet contract commitments and operating budgets. Take action as appropriate to identify, prevent and alleviate problems related to products, process quality and / or customer issues.
- Monitor operating units on a daily basis to assure appropriate product usage, quality, lab and production requirements are met.
- Assist with troubleshooting process problems.
- Develop and maintain computer skills necessary to fully understand, utilize, and manage the site.
- Monitor the trending of preventative maintenance parameters. Document and review as necessary to assure system maintenance functions including spare parts, maintenance shutdowns, cleaning and system test programs.
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with pertinent customer personnel and management. Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and contractors as necessary to provide support for CRS programs.
- Provide assistance to client safety, environmental, technical and management personnel. Develop and monitor all system test programs.
- Take all appropriate actions to meet the corporate HSE expectations of “No accidents, no harm to people, and no damage to the environment”.
- Must be willing and able to work hands-on in the CRS Processing unit.
- Perform other specific tasks that may be required and can be assigned from time to time.
- Some travel may be required to visit and inspect other operating units.

**Key Management Processes**:
The Site Manager will be expected to work closely with some or all persons (In-house and clients):

- CRS Management personnel
- Purchasing, Technical, Environmental, Safety, Quality Assurance, and Production personnel
- Vendor and Contractor management and personnel

Incumbent will deal with technical, operational and management problems on a daily basis, and will be required to work with customer and CRS personnel on a continuous basis to manage, monitor and attain problem resolution.

**Skills/Knowledge/Abilities**:

- A 2-year technical associate degree (Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical preferred), or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Preferable would be a minimum of 1-3 years experience in Engineering, Chemical Plant or Refinery Operations and Supervision
- Knowledge/hands on experience with piping systems, pump systems, and process control systems.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams of people and functions; is a strong leader and team builder, has strong personal communication skills, has a natural out-going personality and is able to gain professional respect promptly.
- Demonstrates a customer-first attitude and can build a culture focused on continuous improvement and client commitment.
- Strong commitment to the success of the business.
- Creates new ideas and processes, while encouraging others to try new approaches.
- Willingly embraces changes needed to adapt to new circumstances.

**Physical Requirements of Position**:

- Lifting up to 10 pounds is required over 2/3 of the time and up to 50 pounds up to ½ of the time.
- The following is required over 2/3 of the time: bending, stooping, standing and walking.
- May work with or near machinery, electricity, power and impact tools over 2/3 of the time.
- Chemicals and fumes may be present.
- May work near heights under 1/3 of the time.

**Environmental Factors of Position**:

- Will work in an indoor, dusty environment over 2/3 of the time.
