**Summary of Position**

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Curriculum Development**: Design, develop and implement educational curriculum for various formats (instructor-led training ,e-learning, blended learning)
- ** Needs Analysis**: Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner needs to determine appropriate instructional strategies and content development.
- ** Content Creation**: Create instructional materials including lesson plans, course outlines, storyboards multimedia elements, assessments, and supporting documents.
- ** Technology Integrations**: Utilize authoring tools and learning management systems and authoring tools to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
- ** Evaluation and Improvement**: Assess the effectiveness of instructional materials and programs through data analysis; implement improvements based on evaluation results.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

**Experience**: 5+ years in instructional design

Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development and educational technology. Experience in life insurance preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of instructional design models and principles (e.g. ADDIE, SAM)
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

**Technical Skills**: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge multimedia editing skills, and proficiency with various graphic design software
