Summary of Position

Key Responsibilities
-
Curriculum Development: Design, develop and implement educational curriculum for various formats (instructor-led training ,e-learning, blended learning)
-
Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner needs to determine appropriate instructional strategies and content development.
-
Content Creation: Create instructional materials including lesson plans, course outlines, storyboards multimedia elements, assessments, and supporting documents.
-
Technology Integrations: Utilize authoring tools and learning management systems and authoring tools to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
-
Evaluation and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of instructional materials and programs through data analysis; implement improvements based on evaluation results.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: 5+ years in instructional design

Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development and educational technology. Experience in life insurance preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of instructional design models and principles (e.g. ADDIE, SAM)
  • Proficiency with elearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Technical Skills:
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge multimedia editing skills, and proficiency with various graphic design software
