**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to identify landowners looking to divest properties that have become a burden.
- Negotiate and secure land purchase contracts efficiently, ensuring legal and financial diligence.
- Craft compelling marketing strategies to attract and secure potential buyers quickly, minimizing holding periods.
- Manage the entire cycle of land flipping from outreach to closure, including overseeing all transactional documentation.
- Explore potential entitlement opportunities to add value to properties before resale (optional but advantageous).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate market including sellers, buyers, and local authorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in real estate, specifically in land acquisition and sales.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and a keen ability to identify lucrative land flipping opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of successful contract management.
- Experience with land entitlement processes is desirable but not required.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate both independently and within a team.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
