What You’ll Do:

  • Learn from the Best: Work closely with our principal broker and experienced agents to understand the ins and outs of real estate transactions.
  • Client Engagement: Assist in showing properties, conducting open houses, and following up with clients to ensure a positive experience.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, team members, and industry professionals.
  • Hands-On Training: Participate in negotiations, client consultations, and marketing efforts to gain practical experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on market trends, real estate regulations, and best practices through ongoing training and mentorship.

Compensation:

$88,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele
  • Input information received about clients through streamlined database management
  • Purchase supplies and follow office protocols
  • Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Complete elementary bookkeeping tasks for the broker
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus
  • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
