The City of Sugar Land is seeking a **Full Time **People Success Generalist **in the People and Culture **Department**

**Summary of Duties**:

- Provide HR support to People Success Partners and departments across the City and provide specialist knowledge of HR processes related to recruitment, organization planning, retention and engagement, ethics, employee relations and discipline, training and development, compensation, policy administration, leave processes, medical benefits, wellness and retirement.
- Maintain and continue to acquire in-depth knowledge of federal, state and local regulations to ensure the City’s compliance in policy, process and practice.
