Currently, we are actively looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Account Lead at our Sugar Land, Texas facility.

As a Customer Success Account Lead, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will extend beyond Customer Success Account Lead , encompassing a commitment to ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers.

Handle all non-sales functions, which include, but are not limited to:
  • Ability to fill in RFQs, RFIs, and FGSs
  • Managing and sending out samples for sales
  • Die line coordination
  • Coordinating quarterly price reviews from costing
  • Coordinating customer account setup
  • Lead experience
Requirements:
  • Requirement of a 4-year degree or 2-year associate's degree
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic computer skills needed: Excel, Word
  • Preferably some familiarization with an ERP system
  • Fluent in English
