TruckECM Florida is actively searching for a Bilingual ( English - Spanish ) Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our organization. Our mission is to help our truckers go back on the road by detecting and replacing their computer problems.
As the Technical Support rep, you will receive training on how to help our truckers correctly. You will provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective consumers by utilizing your high communication, problem-solving skills, and charismatic and caring personality.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create an exceptional customer experience by actively listening, addressing the customer's wants and needs, and overcoming objections
- Provide detailed information regarding products and services that reflect the customer's needs
- Handle customer complaints and problems with the utmost level of professionalism and respectfulness, and escalate if needed
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing setting
- Must have exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
- As one of the faces of our company, a high level of professionalism is non-negotiable
- **Solution-oriented and calm under pressure **You look at challenges as opportunities
- Positive demeanor, charismatic personality, and a genuine passion to help those around you
- Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and customers at a time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Compensation package:
- Bonus opportunities
- Hourly pay

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
