Coordinator, Asset Management

The Coordinator, Asset Management will be responsible for majority of the administrative duties required to support the Asset Management department as well as to serve as the primary backup to the Manager, Operations - Asset Management and serve as the primary administrative person for the Managing Director, Asset Management. This position involves coordination with many departments within Arbor such as Legal, Servicing, Treasury, and Underwriting.
**Essential Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities)**
The Coordinator, Asset Management will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Main backup support to the Manager, Operations - Asset Management.
- Point person for processing all new loan setup for the department.
- Handle all staff related items such as scheduling travel arrangements, maintaining the out of office calendars, meeting arrangements, faxing, scanning, and uploading documents, etc.
- Lead administrative person for the Managing Director, Asset Management including scheduling meetings and phone calls, preparing documents, maintaining files, communicating with staff, etc.
- Update various Excel spreadsheets to maintain up to date tracking in different areas of the department.
**Qualifications**
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Marketing or Communications.
**Experience**:Previous administrative or real estate experience is a plus.
**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Hard-working, a quick learner, detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Strong ability to work independently.
