Level 1 Technical Support Coordinator

Blink Voice, Inc. is offering Level 1 Technical Support Coordinator specializing in supporting client phone systems while practicing professional customer service skills and troubleshooting techniques. A comprehensive and thorough training period will be provided however, IT, Microsoft office, intermediate to advanced computer skills, and customer service experience is preferred. The position requires 1-2 years of relevant experience.

**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshooting client’s issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ability to learn Blink’s troubleshooting techniques, tools, and software
- Managing support tickets and client information in salesforce
- Practicing professional customer service skills
- Practicing and employing a professional demeanor with other employees in the company
- Ability to Multitasking

**Salary**: $40,000-$50,000
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
