Are you an experienced **Production Manager** with a background in roofing and siding? Do you excel at scheduling jobs, managing materials, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a remote **Production Manager.**

Our expertise spans various areas, including new construction, residential and commercial projects, permit expediting, and more. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage the production process from start to finish.

***Must have extensive knowledge & experience in scheduling and ordering materials & labor for residential roofing jobs**.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate roofing and siding jobs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Review contracts and measurement reports to ensure accurate cost estimation and adherence to budgets.
- Order and manage materials, ensuring timely delivery and availability for projects.
- Communicate with homeowners to schedule installations and address any concerns or questions.
- Upload documents of invoices and other needed items to maintain tracking.
- Develop and maintain a reliable time schedule to prevent job backlogs and minimize project turnaround time.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any production-related issues.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement proactive measures to maintain timelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Production Manager in the roofing and siding industry.
- Strong knowledge of roofing and siding materials, installation processes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret contracts and measurement reports accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with homeowners and team members.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Has subcontractor list and ideas to improve cost efficiency and job efficiency.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Full-Time.
- Pay: $60,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
