**ESSENTIAL DUTIES **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Open and close Customer Repair Orders
- Ensure that the data in the CCC ONE, Estimating System, correlates to the data in CDK Accounting System.
- Scan all invoices and estimate into CCC ONE, Estimating System.
- Review the technician flag hours and submit the weekly Repair Time Detail (RTH) file to Payroll for processing.
- Answer multiple phone lines and schedule customer appointments.
- Follow up with insurance companies by checking on estimates, supplements and payments.
- Contact customers regarding outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Create accounts for new customers including Body Shop (BS) numbers and ensure that payments are applied correctly.
- Provide daily updates to Enterprise and Hertz for customers in rentals (through ARMS computer link) and phone calls.
- Set up vendors services for glass repair, stripes, decals, wheel repair, tows, service and quick lube
