We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care. This role involves providing high-quality nursing services to patients across various age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Certification Requirements- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC are mandatory.

- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Primary Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive care to patients in the Emergency Room setting.
- Expertise in managing a diverse patient population.
- Ability to handle standard Emergency Department cases effectively.
- Experience collaborating with Charge Nurses during shifts.
- Proficient in interpreting Telemetry/Monitor Tech strips.
- Available Shifts: 7a-7p, 10a-10p, 7p-7a
- Self-scheduling options are available.
- Manager typically oversees scheduling for travel staff.
- Weekend and Holiday Requirements: Availability to fill in as needed.
- Orientation: Department-specific orientation will be provided.
- Trauma Level: Critical Access, ASRH designation by the State.
- Facility Capacity: 14 regular beds and 2 trauma bays.
- Common Patient Types: Patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Support Staff: 1 CNA assisting with patient care.
- Telemetry Requirements: RNs are required to read their own telemetry strips.
- Charge Nurse may take on assignments as needed.
- 1 CNA will function as both ward clerk and CNA.
- Nurses must demonstrate proficiency in telemetry monitoring.
- Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:3-5 based on assignment.
- RNs may be requested to assist in MSP and ICU settings.
- Successful Traits: Motivated, self-driven, committed to excellence, and focused on patient satisfaction.
- Radius Rule: Candidates must reside within 50 miles and cannot be employed full-time, part-time, or PRN at any facility associated with the organization.
- RTO Policy: Requests for time off must be submitted upfront (7 days or less per 13-week contract). Additional requests will not be approved.
