Medical Receptionist/front Desk

DUTIES
- Front desk - Check in, Check out
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Manage billing queries from patients
ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
- High degree of personal initiative to address organizational issues and the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing the workload
- Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks and goals, problem-solve, and prioritize among assignments
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, maintain attention to deadlines, and function effectively under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; must be efficient and have a positive attitude
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional attitude
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records a plus
- Pleasant, caring and compassionate personality
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
