NLFL - Forklift Outlet, a full-service multi-line forklift dealer, has an immediate opening for a Service Administrator / Dispatcher.

SKILLS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Software/gaming experience a plus
- Mechanical (Automotive) knowledge a plus
- Customer service skills - you understand the importance of serving the customer and the urgency in which to resolve issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
- Initiative and the ability to prioritize problems and make common sense judgment under pressure.
- Previous multi-functional office experience a plus.
- Scheduling field and shop work efficiently and in accordance with dealership policy. Work must be distributed fairly keeping in mind each technicians skill level.
- Coordinates dispatch of technicians to work locations.
- Ensures that technicians follow warranty material disposition procedures.
- Ensure that all repair orders are accounted for and closed when the work is completed.
- Technician time entry into system.
- Reviews work in process, updating changes as they occur.
- Maintains and expedites work orders and coordinates work flow.
- Communicate work order status with the customer.
- Responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
- Manage and analyze WIP (work in progress) process and report. Identify whether it's a warranty issue or involve another department/outside vendor to do repairs or additional upgrades.
- Provide customer with estimates as needed.
- Maintenance of work orders and invoicing.
- Actively quotes and sources parts from external vendors.
- Coordinate parts requirements and ordering.
- Research and market parts using website, schematics and/or manuals.

ESSENTIAL ABILITIES
- Read, write and understand the English language - Spanish a plus
- Work independently, at times under pressure
- Sense of urgency; meeting of deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail
