We are seeking a talented **Content Specialist** with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Creative Suite to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage product images across the websites of three Würth Group companies. With an extensive catalog, this role requires meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. This individual would work** onsite** (in the office) at our branch in **Vernon Hills, IL**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Image Management**: Oversee the organization, editing, and uploading of product images for all three company websites.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all product images meet quality standards, including resolution, color accuracy, and consistency using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance, resize, crop and retouching.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with various teams including marketing, e-commerce, and product management to ensure timely and accurate image updates.
- **Inventory Management**: Use Excel to maintain detailed records of image inventory and ensure that all products have the required number of images according to company standards.
- **Troubleshooting**: Address any image-related issues promptly, including broken links, missing images, or incorrect placements.
- **Optimization**: Implement best practices for image optimization to improve website performance and user experience.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation and guidelines for image management processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to image management and suggest improvements to existing processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and organization.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, for image editing and manipulation.
- Previous experience in website content management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- HTML knowledge, a plus.
- Knowledge of STEP/Stibo Master Data Management Platform, a plus.
