Lead Framer and Structural Repair

We are seeking a Hands-on Foreman with framing or remodeling experience to join our team We are a Structural Repair and Structural Alteration company. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation for multiple kinds of structural repair and alteration projects, including: foundation repair, sagging floor repair, joist sistering, beam replacement, load bearing wall removal, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and participate in all aspects of structural repair project from planning to implementation
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Ordering or Delivering materials, trailers, etc. to job site in Ocean, Monmouth and Middlesex Counties
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to engineering plans and specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Experience in Construction, particularly Rough Framing and Remodeling Framing and/or any Structural Repair work
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Leadership Qualities
- Deadline and Detail-Oriented
- Ability to Read and Implement Engineering Plans
- Ability/ Willingness to Work in Crawlspaces
- Preferably has a Truck that is able to Tow 14’ Box Trailers

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience level:

- 5 years

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
