eWe are looking for an experienced and proven Assistant Corporate Coordinator. This team player acts as direct support the IGC Corporate Coordinator and provides additional support to top team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that corporate office operations run efficiently. The position is required to maintain and internal processes that support IGC Management companywide as well as coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows. The ACC has daily communication with employees and vendors and external sources on various projects and tasks and must plan and prioritize work to ensure that IGC priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain Human Resource filing system and ADP database as well as the corporate administrative flow of Human Resource documentation and reporting compliance.
- Maintain electronic filing system and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports including researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review.
- Administrative review for completion to prepare payroll for processing and assist in HR administrative compliance
- Responsible for corporate office stocking and technology needs including all IGC marketing materials and IGC uniforms.
- Assist in organizing team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Obtain or maintain company paid Notary certification
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.

**Skills**

The ACC must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They are required to possess strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects with meticulous attention to detail. This position calls for high proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems. Some knowledge of A/P is preferred. The ACC must be a flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges. IGC requires this position to possess the ability to maintain confidentiality of all information related to the company and its employees.

Assistant Corporate Coordinator operates in a dynamic environment, balancing office duties with office errands and some travel to community sites for delivery of marketing items or company meetings. This position may be required to travel for IGC events. Their work setting can occasionally shift to various properties, requiring adaptability to different physical settings. Work hours do not normally extend past the typical nine-to-five. The role demands high interaction levels with senior management, staff, and external contractors, fostering a culture of collaboration and problem-solving.

The pace is often fast, balancing multiple projects and senior management needs. Technology plays a crucial role in streamlining tasks and enhancing communication.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
