Prepress/ Account/ Shipping Manager

**$18 Per Hour / $20 after 3 months (Must show that he or she can fulfill all duties described below efficiently as trained without being micromanaged)**
Mon - Thurs 6am - 4:30pm (2 - 10 Minute Breaks / 1 - 30 Minute Lunch)
**Account Manager Duties & Responsibility**:
1. Answer All incoming calls & provide dedicated customer support
4. Send daily invoice reminders for unpaid order invoices
5. Once order is paid, print order paperwork accordingly & begin the order process (stock or custom as needed & as trained)
6. **Stock orders**: Put stock order paperwork on warehouse desk for order prep & schedule delivery (Visionary LTL / Sprinter / Courier LTL or FTL as needed) once ready
7. Schedule UPS, Courier LTL & FTL orders accordingly as needed, create & or print BOLs & place them in a clipboard with the order accordingly on warehouse desk for our team to prep the order & take care of the order pick up.
- UPS orders follow the same process except these need to be scheduled for our Visionary delivery drivers to deliver to our local UPS Store for final UPS delivery.
- Once proof is approved, place order in a plastic sleeve, schedule at 3 weeks for the production team (**send customer a will call or shipping confirmation scheduled at 4 weeks**)
- Rush Orders processed & scheduled accordingly with special approval first confirming if we can accommodate the customers request before extending to them for payment.
9. Schedule the Visionary Drivers daily delivery routes 2+ days in advance following company delivery planning guidelines as trained.
**Prepress Manager Duties & Responsibility**:
1. Use adobe illustrator & photoshop as needed to prepare art file digital PDF proofs for customers approval & to make ready for HP Digital print production once approved by our customers to proceed.
2. Work collaboratively with graphic designers to prepare their files for the digital print production process.
3. Provide technical support to our customers designers of our graphic
arts techniques and procedures when necessary.
4. Troubleshoot and repair problematic files as needed for proofing & print production.
6. Work efficiently to maintain, develop, implement imaging and prepress workflow procedures.
7. Perform related duties asassigned.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. 2 years of graphic arts / customer service / account management experience
2. Work background with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Dropbox
5. Ability to organize time and multiple projects simultaneously
6. Troubleshooting and communication skills.
**Additional Desirable Qualifications**:
*Experience with Intuit Quickbooks Online *Experience with HP DFE software used by the prepress & printing department.
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Compensation is $18.00/hour.
