Come join our wonderful hospitality team at the Holiday Inn Express Round Rock as a Night Auditor where your professionalism, attention to details, and customer service skills will shine.

*Hours would include Full Time days/nights with weekend availability preferred. Typical shifts include 6p-6a, 8pm-6am or 10pm-6am but can vary.

*Various Responsibilities include but not limited to: Checking guests in and out, making guests feel welcomed and anticipating their service needs. Interacting with internal and external customers in a positive, professional and accommodating manner. Transmitting telephone messages. Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Handling accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts and credit through operation of the Front Desk computer system. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, adhering to the high standards of IHG, and most importantly - support our team to reach common goals.
- Need to have a flexible schedule and ability to work days, evenings or nights any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
- Need to have exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrate ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy environment and remain flexible
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience preferred but not required.
- Effectively communicate with other desk shifts and the management team all important and relevant information that occurred during your shift
- Must be able to move/lift items weighing up to 50 lbs from time to time
- Must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the hotel and have fun at work

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
