Administrative Assistant/reception

Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School, an accredited PK3 - Grade 12 college preparatory school in Bradenton, FL, seeks a warm, engaging Upper School (Grades 9-12) Administrative Assistant with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and experience in a college-preparatory academic environment preferred. Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule on and off-campus events with the Upper School Director, Student Council Sponsors, Upper School Lead Advisors, and student organizations
- Manage Upper school Activity Council Forms
- Manage Upper School purchases and reconcile school credit card charges each month
- Manage Upper School calendar
- Coordinate faculty Paid Time Off (PTO) and communicate with Human Resources
- Work with Upper School Lead Parent on all Parent’s Association Events
- Manage student attendance
- Make/confirm appointments with families
- Order and organize supplies for the Upper School
- Meet with the Upper School Director weekly to schedule and plan events
- Perform other administrative responsibilities to assist the Upper School Administrative Team (Upper School Director, Assistant Upper School Director, Director of College Counseling, Director of Curriculum and Research
- Liase with reputable vendors (Vernon Photography, Snackworks, Fast Signs, etc.)
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
