**Location: Chicago, IL**

**Your Role**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their purchases and inquiries.
- Accurately process transactions using cash registers or POS systems, handling cash and card payments securely.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest questions and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist guests with product information, recommendations, and special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and front-of-house area.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and a commitment to resolution.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in cashiering or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
