- Manage a team of two customer service reps and work with various departments within the company as they relate to customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily office activities ensuring smooth operations.
- Direct and handle heavy phone volume, work with customers to suggest items and enter data using our software.
- Manage supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Lead by example, continuously looking for ways to improve policies and procedures in order to best serve and delight our customers.
- Maintain accurate company and customer data including pricing, product information, contacts, requests, and delivery details.
- Handle customer issues by providing solutions, logging complaints, and documenting corrective actions.
- Design and implement office policies, establish standards and procedures, and organize office operations.
- Work with vendors to maintain core and seasonal product offerings, pricing, and product information.
- Source new products to maintain fresh and exciting product offerings.
- Review production and sales reports, place and confirm orders, and other tasks related to product management.
- Follow basic onboarding procedures, human resource guidelines, and provide payroll support.
- Perform other duties related to the position.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3 years management experience with proven ability to lead.
- Excellent office skills with ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Proven ability to manage customer inquiries, solve customer complaints and issues related to satisfaction.
- Early morning required - Office hours begin at 7am.
