**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- High school degree.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual and excellent attendance.
- High attention to detail.
- Organization and time management.
- Must have good problem-solving abilities.
- Good reading comprehension.
- Effective verbal and written communication skill: ability to communicate with different levels of the organization including the client.
- Ability to work with others - team player including good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to build effective relationships.
- Field knowledge.
- Must be computer literate in these areas - including but not limited to (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Outlook experience also preferred.

**PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Current Zachry or Zachry ROF’ed employee.
- Previous experience in a construction project Administrative Role.
- Previous experience working with operations or equivalent positions.
- Formal/Technical education.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**

Employee will work in multiple environments including an office, warehouse and in a trailer or building on sites. On work sites noise levels will be moderate to high. Job site will contain: light to heavy equipment vehicles, small to large equipment, materials, communication equipment and tools, people standing, walking, sitting, signaling and talking, bells whistles and alarms.
