- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure alignment on project scopes and estimates.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and material costs to ensure competitive and accurate estimating.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing estimating, with a strong understanding of construction and roofing processes.
- **Project Management**: Proven experience in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Cost Control**: Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in Contractor Connection and Xactimate is highly desirable.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and proposal preparation.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- **Education**: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Certification**: Relevant certifications in roofing estimating or project management are a plus.
