**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to inquiries regarding shipping/delivery dates, order changes/cancellations, and quotations, service questions and general customer concerns
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Process and follows up on less complex customer complaints requiring reimbursement (such as late shipment), repair (such as damaged product) or replacement

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma minimum. Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree desired or 2+ years of previous customer service experience.
- End-to-end account management.
