Marketing and Event Coordinator

Amenities look to include a luxurious beauty spa, over 6 different pool styles, delicious and nutritious eateries, unique lounges, relaxing hydrotherapy pools, sauna rooms and much more

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Work with team to plan events/workshops with attention to detail, along with financial and time constraints
- Research vendors and choose the best combination of quality and cost
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
- Manage event/workshop operations (preparing space, coordinating with staff scheduling, etc.)
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Evaluate event’s success and submit reports

Requirements/Skills
- Proven experience in event planning and organizing successful events
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Problem solving ability
- Background in hospitality management, public relations, or a related field is preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
