What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and event strategies to achieve client objectives. Manage the full project lifecycle for both digital and in-person initiatives.
  • Lead or manage staff across various event components. Oversee attendee marketing, registration, program development (including abstracts and moderator questions), virtual platform production, in-person logistics, speaker outreach/preparation, and promotional materials development/review.
  • Develop and execute compelling digital marketing and demand generation campaigns, leveraging content marketing, email marketing, social media, advertising, and research-based programs to reach target audiences and generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, clear, and consistent communication. Drive project success by meeting deadlines and delivering on client expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (research, creative, content), and track and analyze project performance against key metrics and KPIs. Implement necessary course corrections to stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Oversee multi-client programs and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop compelling content for a variety of channels, including website copy, social media posts, blog articles, press releases, and email campaigns. Specialize in creating engaging content focused on enterprise IT and government IT topics like cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
  • Develop comprehensive summary reports and recap reports to measure campaign performance and identify key insights.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences for clients, sponsors, attendees, and speakers. Foster strong relationships and exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve client objectives. Manage program budgets and deliverables to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative marketing programs and business proposals that align with client objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of 300Brand's service offerings to effectively position and promote solutions to clients.
  • Contribute to account management and business development strategies to drive client growth and retention.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to foster professional growth and development. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in project management, event planning, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the government IT sector.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering collaboration within teams.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
